From October 15 till October 21, 2016 Tula is holding the 17th Open Russian Comedy Movie Festival Russia, Smile!. The event program includes the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, screenings of the new movies that are taking part in the competition, presentations of those movies by their creators and leading movie critics; programs of children's movies, experts' performances, round-table discussions, master-classes, press-conferences, charity events, contests among the viewers, in which all the winners will be awarded, etc.
